On 9 December 2015, Ambassador Vladimir Maric presented in Dhaka his credential letters to the President of Bangladesh, H.E. Mr Abdul Hamid. During his visit to Bangladesh, Ambassador Maric also called on the Speaker of the Parliament, H.E. Mrs Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali. Very good political relations between the two countries were confirmed in all three meetings. Possibilities for further enhancement of bilateral cooperation were discussed, with special emphasis on strengthening economic ties.
